Here's your chance to learn the barbell lifts and work towards increasing your strength and power output at StudioBelle, the local fitness club in Warminster. The sessions are programmed as Strength and Conditioning, with a strong focus on the lifts first and finishing with conditioning exercises to leave you feeling energised.
Over the course of 6 weeks, you will work through compound lifts including squats, deadlifts, chest press, overhead press, rows, and bodyweight exercises using the barbell. Each week, there will be variations in sets, reps, and tempos, as well as mobility work incorporated to ensure your workouts are effective and efficient.
The cost for this 6-week course is £45, offering great value for the comprehensive training you will receive. The next block of courses will start on Monday, 19th February 2024.
Now, here's the exciting part – the class schedule! Angie will be leading the Tuesday sessions at 8pm, Jemma will be leading the Wednesday sessions at 8pm, Stacey will be leading the Thursday sessions at 5pm, and Angie and Jemma will be leading the Saturday sessions at 9am. With various time slots and instructors available, you can find a session that suits your schedule and preferences.
