Strong + Centred

Strong + Centred is a welcoming and supportive fitness centre and meditation studio located in Bunyip, Victoria. It offers a variety of classes and workshops to help individuals build strength, develop self-awareness, and practise mindfulness.

Yoga classes at Strong + Centred are accessible to individuals of all experience levels. While most of the exercises are performed sitting or lying on a mat, participants will definitely feel like they have worked their bodies.

For those looking for a more dynamic workout, Fun Fitness classes are offered at Strong + Centred. These classes focus on building whole body strength and tone in a small group studio environment. Participants will use dumbbells, bands, balls, and slides to perform a variety of exercises that target every part of the body. Whether you have a moderate level of fitness or simply want to have some fun, Fun Fitness classes are a great option.

Strong + Centred also offers meditation classes to teach individuals how to meditate. These classes provide instruction on various types of meditation so that each individual can find a technique that suits their way of thinking and functioning. Each class ends with a guided meditation to help participants feel calm and relaxed. Meditation classes are recommended for everyone.

The studio is led by Kerry, a passionate teacher who is dedicated to helping her students build strength and develop self-awareness. Kerry is trained in Yoga, Classical Pilates, and Meditation, and believes that incorporating breath control, body movement, and mindfulness into practises can help individuals develop strength, flexibility, and a healthy sense of perspective. Kerry's teaching style is clear and inclusive, ensuring that all students can practise within their abilities while challenging themselves to achieve their personal goals.
