Get excited for the upcoming Stroke Improvement Course at Collingwood Leisure Centre! Starting on Wednesday 28 August 2024, this 5-week course is perfect for swimmers looking to take their skills to the next level. Our dedicated coaches will be there to provide individualized support and help you perfect your strokes, whether it's freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly.
Sessions will run every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm, focusing on building endurance and improving technique. To get the most out of the course, participants should be able to swim 100m freestyle continuously. If you can't make it to Collingwood, no worries - we also offer a similar course at Richmond Recreation Centre on Tuesdays.
