Looking to enhance your swimming technique and perfect your freestyle stroke? Join the April Stroke Improvement Course at Collingwood Leisure Centre starting on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. This 5-week course offers personalized support from passionate coaches who will help you improve your endurance and technique across all four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Sessions will be held every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm, focusing on progressive drills to elevate your swimming skills.
Participants should be able to swim 100 meters of freestyle continuously to benefit from the course. If you're unable to attend sessions at Collingwood, similar Stroke Improvement Courses are also available at Richmond Recreation Centre on Tuesdays.
