STRIDE Spin Studio in Kamloops is not your average indoor cycling experience. Our goal is to create a space where you can find your rhythm, connect with the music, and challenge yourself physically and mentally. As soon as you step into our sanctuary, you become part of our community – a community that supports, motivates, and inspires each other.

Before each class, we encourage you to arrive early to cheque in, get your cycle shoes, and adjust your bike to your liking. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every rider, whether new or experienced, feels comfortable and prepared for the ride ahead. Our studio offers Giro clip-in shoes and SPD compatible bikes for your convenience.

If a class is full, don't worry – you can join the waitlist and be automatically added to the class if a spot opens up. We want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to ride with us at STRIDE. However, if you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 8 hours before the class to avoid any fees.

Our studio amenities include a water station, showers, toiletries, and a spacious common area where you can socialize with other riders before and after your ride. We want you to feel at home at STRIDE and make meaningful connections with your fellow riders.
