Her love for Pilates and its numerous benefits drove her to become a qualified teacher so that she could share her passion with everyone.

The studio offers classes from Monday to Thursday, with sessions running from 6. 00 am to 7. 00 pm. On Fridays, there are two morning sessions available at 6.

00 am and 7. 00 am. Saturday classes are offered from 7. 00 am to 11.

00 am. Each class has a duration of 55 minutes, providing ample time to engage in a comprehensive Pilates workout.

For new clients, an Initial Consultation is mandatory before participating in studio classes.
