About
Stretch-Tastic is a unique class offered by PoleJunkies Studio Calgary SW, dedicated to increasing range of motion and flexibility throughout the entire body. Participants will experience a series of standing, sitting, and floor stretches specifically designed to open the chest and hips, lengthen the hamstrings, relieve shoulder tension, and enhance joint mobility. The method used in this 50-minute class not only stretches but also tones the muscles, leaving individuals feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
This class is suitable for people of varying fitness levels, and modifications can be made to accommodate any personal limitations. Online registration is required, with payment necessary via online methods such as PayPal or Etransfer. Please note that a minimum of 3 registrations are required for the class to run, and there are no cancellations or refunds. In the event of low attendance, credit or transfer options will be provided instead. The instructor for Stretch-Tastic is Maria Fernandez-Martin.
