The Stress-Less Dressage event at Sykehouse Arena offers a relaxing and informal environment for both horse and rider to enjoy. Taking place on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, participants can pick their own times to compete in either Novice or Elementary categories, with the highest score emerging victorious. Additionally, there is an option to choose a non-competitive/practice BE test for those looking to hone their skills. Entries close the Saturday prior at 6 pm or when full, and can be completed online through the event website. Riders should ensure they wear current standard riding hats and appropriate boots, while horses must have suitable tack in adherence to British Dressage rules.
Competitors do not require competition wear or plaits. The event runs under BD rules to ensure fairness, and any inquiries can be addressed on site. Those participating are reminded to bring gloves, declare their tests at the cafe, and classes are mixed throughout the day, with final results available after each class concludes. Rosettes will be awarded up to 6th place, and a refund policy is in place for withdrawals up to the close of entries with a £5.00 admin charge per test. Late withdrawals and 'no shows' after the entry deadline will not be refunded except in cases where the event is canceled. Bookings are non-transferable.
