Strength Found operates on a three-stage plan to ensure clients progress and achieve their desired outcomes.

1. Find Your Strength: This stage is suitable for individuals with injuries or those who have never trained before. The focus is on improving range of movement, reducing injury pain, and establishing a baseline fitness level.

2. Strength Found: In this stage, Ian helps clients achieve a full range of movement using fundamental bodyweight and weighted resistance movements. The primary goal is to improve strength.

3. Strength Performance: The final stage focuses on improving dynamic performance, impact activity, and resistance by implementing functional movements that align with the client's desired sporting activity.

Ian is dedicated to providing a fun and enjoyable workout experience while still ensuring clients reach their goals. With glowing reviews from satisfied clients, Ian's expertise and motivation are highly recommended. His journey as a Personal Trainer began when he experienced lower back pain in his early 20s. Realising that exercising alleviated his pain, Ian became passionate about fitness and turned it into his career in 2015.
