Strength 101

Strength 101 is a strength training program in Loudon built around safe, confidence-first weightlifting. It is designed for beginners who feel intimidated in the gym and for adults who want strength that carries into everyday activities. The training process starts with a one-on-one personal trainer for safety and clear instruction, then moves into hybrid options for either small group training or independent training with remote accountability. Suitable for people at any age, including older adults.
