John, the organizer of the Streetsville Meadowvale Skating Club, wants to reach out to our sports community with an important note.
The Streetsville Meadowvale Skating Club is proud to be Mississauga's largest and most established skating club, with over 50 years of history. John’s focus is on teaching skating skills, technique, and sportsmanship to skaters of all levels, from beginners to advanced. The club offers a variety of programs all year, including learn-to-skate, recreational skating, figure skating, and power skating for skaters aged 4 and up.
Nestled in Rink 3 of Meadowvale Four Rinks, the Streetsville Meadowvale Skating Club is a not-for-profit Skate Canada-sanctioned club. John highlights that their activities are powered by a committed team of volunteers who work alongside skilled skating coaches, ensuring top-notch instruction in a welcoming, team-oriented setting.
John and the team have a clear mission: to help each skater reach their personal goals, build self-esteem, and encourage a healthy lifestyle through skating. They are thankful to the City for the Community Group Registry benefits that support their programs.
Sponsors also play a vital role in making these programs possible, and John greatly values their contributions. The club is committed to delivering a positive and rewarding skating experience for all, and welcomes skaters of all ages and skill levels to join the thriving community. Follow the club on Facebook to keep up with news and events and be part of the journey.
