At Strathaven FTPT, personal trainers Alan, Roger, and Ruth provide one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs for £35 per hour. A block of 10 sessions is available for £300, ensuring a personalised approach to your fitness goals. A consultation is required before starting to ensure your training programme fits you perfectly.
If group workouts motivate you more, Strathaven FTPT offers small group training classes capped at 8 participants. Led by expert trainers, these 45-minute circuit-based sessions combine high and low-intensity exercises for a full-body workout. With 11 classes each week, participants can easily fit these sessions into their schedules.
Strathaven FTPT's new facility on Caledonia Road, behind Sainsbury's, features top-notch equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. Memberships are available, with the 2023 Full Membership at £70 per month, including up to three Small Group Training classes per week, unlimited weights sessions, and Hatton Boxing for Fitness classes. Pay-as-you-go options are also available at £10 per session.
The 2023 Weights Only Membership is £50 per month, including unlimited weights sessions and a gym induction. Students can join for a discounted rate of £40 per month, and partner memberships come with a 15% discount.
Roger Bond, also known as 'Brutal Bond,' joined the team in 2019 as a Fitness Instructor and has since qualified as a Personal Trainer. His addition enhances the calibre of training available at Strathaven FTPT.
