Since 1999, Stormgymuk has been changing lives for the better through the practise of martial arts. With a focus on K1-Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, and MMA, the club caters to individuals of all ages and skill levels, from amateurs to professionals. Their renowned “Storm Style and System” is unique to Stormgymuk and has been proven to produce champions both in and out of the ring.

Training at Stormgymuk is real, fun, challenging, and contagious. K1 Kickboxing is a high-intensity and dynamic style that incorporates various striking techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, and limited clinching. The workouts are designed to engage the entire body and provide an incredible cardiovascular workout. Dutch Drills, a unique training method, allows participants to simulate combat in a safe and controlled manner.

Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is an ancient martial art that emphasises the use of eight limbs punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Training in Muay Thai is a full-body workout that challenges participants both physically and mentally. The art also includes clinching techniques and sweeps, making it a well-rounded and comprehensive martial art.

MMA, or Mixed Martial Arts, is a modern phenomenon that has gained global popularity in recent years. It combines techniques from various stand-up sports, wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and Jiu-Jitsu. Training in MMA offers a complete body workout and incorporates various conditioning exercises. The sport offers endless opportunities for learning and personal growth.
