Stone Throw Studio

Stone Throw Studio is a vibrant dance school located in Delta, offering a variety of classes and events to promote health and wellness through movement. Led by experienced teacher Suzanne B. A. , who holds a Dance Major and 2nd degree Black Belt, the studio is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for students of all levels.

The mission of Stone Throw Studio is to inspire and encourage individuals to explore the art of dance as a form of self-expression and a way to enhance physical and mental well-being. The studio offers a range of classes, including Nia, a fusion fitness program that combines dance, martial arts, and mindfulness techniques.

Join us for our weekly NIA classes at False Creek Community Centre on Thursdays and at Tilbury Studio on Saturdays. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, you are welcome to sign up for a session or drop in for a single class.
