Stockyards Boxing & Fitness Centre in Toronto is dedicated to providing a safe, clean, positive, and motivating training environment for both youth and adults. Established in 2011, the gym uses Boxing as a platform to teach members lifelong fitness, respect, and how to be a positive contributor to society.
The founder of Stockyards Boxing & Fitness, Richard Souce, brings a wealth of experience to the club. A former National Amateur Champion and ranked #1 as a Professional boxer by the Canadian Professional Boxing Federation, Rick retired from competitive fighting in 1992 but continues to be actively involved in the boxing community through coaching and promoting events.
The gym offers a range of classes including warm-up & stance, basic boxing punches, defence & strength, and core & cardio classes. With certified instructors who are National Boxing Champions and current Professional Boxers, Stockyards Boxing & Fitness Centre specializes in motivating and excelling members' physical abilities to help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
Membership options are available for both adults and youth, with drop-in packages and personal training sessions also offered. Whether you are new to boxing or a seasoned enthusiast, Stockyards Boxing & Fitness Centre is committed to helping everyone reach their fitness goals.
To get started, new guests are required to fill out an online registration form before their first visit.
