The spa is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, allowing guests to easily schedule their spa treatments. When visiting the spa at Stocks Hall Health Club & Spa, guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment to complete a consultation form. For Spa Day visitors, a towel, robe, and slippers are provided, and a tour of the spa facility is given. The therapist will specify what to wear for your treatment during the consultation.

Stocks Hall Health Club & Spa has a cancellation policy in place. Treatments and day spa bookings cancelled within 72 hours or non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Group bookings cancelled within 2 weeks or non-attendance will also incur a 100% cancellation charge. Bookings made within 72 hours of arrival will require full prepayment and will be fully chargeable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
