Stirling Fitness

Elaine Morgan Machray, organiser and owner of Stirling Fitness Studio, also known as The Re-Invention Room, has a personal message for the sports community. Stirling Fitness is a small, functional fitness studio located in the heart of Stirling, within the Kings Park area.

Elaine, a local mum of two, offers a range of fitness services including small group training and 1-2-1 personal training. She focuses on the individual needs of each participant, helping them achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's weight loss, back problems, or postural issues, Elaine tailors workouts to suit each client, ensuring a safe and effective experience. Each class is capped at 10 people, allowing her to closely monitor and guide everyone.

On their first visit, clients are encouraged to fill out a Health Questionnaire. This provides Elaine with insight into any specific needs, ensuring workouts are personalised. She specialises in functional Fitness Pilates, Aerobic/Cardiovascular Training, Ante/Post Natal exercises, and Ageing exercises.

Stirling Fitness also offers Personal Styling and Colour Analysis as additional services. Elaine understands that looking and feeling great go hand in hand, and these services help clients boost their confidence.

With over 20 years of experience in the leisure/fitness industry, Elaine has worked as both a Manager and an Instructor. She continuously updates her training to provide the latest and most effective fitness techniques. Her qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma in Pilates Matwork and a Freestyle Fitness Yoga qualification.

Stirling Fitness offers a complimentary first class to all new clients. Limited spots are available, so early booking is recommended. Free parking is also provided for convenience.
