With 23 cardio stations including treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, and stepmills, as well as 14 fixed resistance stations and a smith machine, you'll have all the tools you need for a comprehensive workout. What sets our gym apart is our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. We offer Pulse Fitness Accessible to All equipment, which features swing-assisted seats, safety features, and low starting weights to support people with disabilities in a gym environment.

In addition to our fantastic gym facilities, Stirchley Sports and Leisure @ Park School boasts a variety of other amenities. You can enjoy a game of badminton or basketball on our four badminton courts and basketball courts. We also have a 5-a-side pitch, two adult pitches, two junior football pitches, three 9-a-side pitches, and aspirations health and fitness suite. Our facilities are equipped with adaptable resistance equipment, allowing for wheelchair accessibility.

We also have a hearing loop at reception and welcome assistance dogs.
