Stewart Coughlin Riding Ranch has been a staple in the Almaguin Highlands area since 1960, focusing on providing family-friendly horseback riding experiences for all ages. The ranch offers pony rides for children aged 5 and younger, with a trail guide leading the way on designated bush trails. Parents and friends are welcome to accompany the walk, and cameras are encouraged to capture the rider's first equine experiences.

For older, more confident riders, trail rides are available with quiet and well-trained horses. Each ride is led by an experienced trail guide and includes basic instruction, walking, and trotting through scenic groomed trails on the property. Helmets and appropriate footwear must be worn by those under 18, with helmets available in various sizes at the ranch.

In addition to rides, Stewart Coughlin Riding Ranch also offers horse boarding services with standing stalls and box stalls available. Boarders have access to approximately 80 acres of beautiful trails to ride on, as well as a riding ring for training purposes. Daily turn out is provided for the horses' well-being and exercise.
