For the little ones, every Wednesday is preschool gymnastics day at The Bourne Club in Farnham. Liam's team runs these classes with a new theme each week to keep the kids engaged. Expect a warm-up with hand apparatus followed by fun sessions on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Parents, you’ll be part of the action too, guiding your child around the course with support from the coaches.
Kids should wear shorts or leggings with a t-shirt or jumper, while parents should dress comfy for easy movement.
School-age children have a whole week of opportunities, with classes from Monday to Saturday. Liam wants everyone to feel right at home, so he's offering free taster sessions. Just fill out the online form with your preferred times, and Stellar Gymnastics will get back to you in a few days.
Classes are scheduled to fit various timetables, and you can select up to three preferences.
Adults, you’re not left out! Every Wednesday from 19:15 to 21:00 at the Stellar Gymnasium on Bullers Road, there's a pay-as-you-go class for you. No need to book in advance, but if you can drop an email to let them know you’re coming, that would be great. This session kicks off with a structured warm-up, then you can either follow the weekly theme or focus on your own gymnastics goals with the coaches' guidance.
