The physical and emotional trauma I had experienced, I found a deep sense of healing and connexion within myself.
Inspired by my own journey, I decided to become a Pilates instructor, holistic medicine practitioner, and meditation instructor to share the transformative power of these practises with others. I believe in the mind-body connexion and the importance of addressing and healing from within. Through my classes and services, I aim to guide individuals towards greater strength, balance, and well-being.
In my Pilates classes, I focus on controlled and precise movements to develop core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. I approach each exercise with a focus on awareness of the body and breath, allowing my students to engage both their bodies and minds in the present moment. Whether you are a beginner or have been practising Pilates for years, I provide guidance for all levels of practise, ensuring each student feels empowered and supported.
In addition to Pilates, I also offer specialised services such as pre-postnatal classes, crystal healing, and meditation. For expectant and new mothers, my pre-postnatal classes focus on strengthening the core muscles and supporting the body's healing process after childbirth. I understand the unique needs and challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum, and I provide a safe and nurturing environment for mothers to connect with their bodies and find strength.
As a holistic medicine practitioner, I incorporate crystal healing into my sessions. Crystals have their own unique energetic properties and can be used to support healing and balance in the body. I work with individuals to identify the crystals that resonate with them and incorporate them into their practise for enhanced well-being.
Mindfulness and meditation are also integral parts of my practise. Through guided breathing techniques and mindfulness practises, I help individuals cultivate a sense of inner calm, quiet the busy mind, and enhance mental clarity. These practises foster a deep connexion with the body's innate wisdom and can be transformative in reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
