The facility at Steel and Stone Gym is designed to meet the needs of its members. The gym is constantly growing, changing, and innovating to provide the best equipment and training tools. They prioritise heavy pushing, pulling, and carrying implements over traditional cardio equipment like treadmills or stair masters. Mirrors are available for posing practise, and the gym also caters to those who enjoy lifting heavy objects.

With a focus on inclusivity and support, Steel and Stone Gym offers 24/7 access to make training as convenient as possible.

Rules at Steel and Stone Gym are centred around training together and supporting one another. They encourage members to uplift and motivate each other, providing spots, cues, and shouts of encouragement when needed. The gym promotes cleanliness and organisation, allowing talc and chalk to be used. The music is played loud to energise and motivate members.

They also support the community through events, competitions, fundraisers, education, and allied services.

The staff at Steel and Stone Gym are dedicated professionals. Tif handles administration and member services, ensuring a smooth experience for all members. Tony takes care of equipment maintenance and is an in-house fabricator. Cody Brown, known as Unleashed by Cody, is a powerlifting and strength coach who specialises in nutrition and body recomposition.

Raissa Vogler is a strength coach for strongman and powerlifting, focusing on strength, conditioning, performance, and movement. Gus Cooke is a coach at Lifters League and offers bespoke powerlifting coaching and sports nutrition services. Samantha Thomasson, known as Strong With Sam, is a sports and exercise specialist who can manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
