Just a short journey from London 🚆🚗, Kathryn offers bespoke retreats for individuals and small groups of up to 6 guests, ensuring a completely tailored and serene experience.
Kathryn understands that everyone’s fitness journey is unique. Her retreats include a mix of yoga, circuits, personal training, gut-healthy food, mindfulness, cold water swimming 🏊, saunas, sleep and stress management, and rejuvenating treatments like massage and reflexology.
