With locations in Farringdon, Ealing, and Uxbridge, we offer plenty of options for those who want to join. Our coaching team consists of expert coaches, including Olympian Kazem Panjavi and coach to international medallists Kristian McPhee. We have a wide range of expertise and offer discounts for visiting any of our other sites and participating in club competitions.

The club was founded in 2011 by former Olympian Kazem Panjavi, a dedicated and well-decorated competitive weightlifter with a passion for teaching and helping club members progress. Kazem was awarded Coach of the Year at the Ealing Sports Awards, recognising his dedication to developing the club and its participants.
