The Juniors and Cadets programme is designed for those aged 6–13 years, while adults aged 14 and above can join the K1 and kickboxing classes. For women looking for a fun and empowering workout, there is a Ladies Only Kickboxing programme available. Additionally, there are specific Junior Boxing and Adult Boxing classes for those interested in honing their boxing skills.
