Smoking machines are also not allowed as they can trigger the fire alarms. When cleaning up after an event, it is important to return tables and chairs to their original positions to ensure accessibility for other groups.

Chairs should be stacked no higher than 8 and kept within the designated area. While the kitchen is fully equipped, hirers are responsible for bringing their own tea towels. It is also expected that all rubbish is taken away at the end of the event. Hirers are requested to check that the fridge, freezer, and other areas are left clear before leaving the building.
