Our goal is to provide a top-notch sports complex and gym facility that meets the needs of all individuals, regardless of their fitness level or interests.

Located on Wilson Avenue, Brighton, the Stanley Deason Leisure Centre is easily accessible and offers a wide range of facilities and services to cater to your fitness journey. Whether you want to play squash, football, or engage in various activities in our sports hall, we have something for everyone.

Our gym, the Stanley Deason Gym, is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. With a range of cardio machines, resistance training equipment, and free weights, you'll have everything you require for a successful workout. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are always available to assist you and offer 1-2-1 fitness coaching sessions to guide you on your journey.

We offer a variety of memberships to suit your needs. Our Unlimited Membership grants you access to not only the Stanley Deason Leisure Centre but also all 7 Brighton and Hove sites. In addition to this, you'll have access to the city's swimming pools, steam rooms, saunas, and over 100 classes every week. As a member, you can also take advantage of free or discounted use of sports courts and pitches, as well as book facilities up to 2 weeks in advance.

For students, our Student Membership provides the same benefits as the Unlimited Membership, ensuring that fitness and wellness are easily accessible to all members of the community. We also offer a Squash Membership, granting you access to squash facilities at Stanley Deason, Withdean, and Portslade. If you prefer off-peak hours, our Off Peak Membership allows access to the gym before 5 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
