St Andrews Bowling Club, located in Weston-super-Mare, is a mixed bowling club that offers both outdoor and indoor facilities. The club is situated in a built-up area on a secure site with its own car park that can accommodate up to 40 cars and even has space for a coach. The outdoor section of the club has a seven rink green, while the indoor facility boasts a three rink green, both of which are fully accessible for disabled bowlers.
The outdoor membership consists of approximately 50 to 60 men and around 30 ladies. They enjoy a comprehensive summer programme that includes friendly matches, league matches, and cup competitions. The indoor membership is even more extensive, with approximately 200 members. Alongside interclub fixtures, various league formats are played throughout the winter weeks.
St Andrews also welcomes tourist teams from different parts of the UK each season.
In addition to playing members, the club also welcomes non-playing members who can partake in the full and varied social programme. The club has made provisions for disabled bowlers and blind/visually impaired bowlers, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the sport.
St Andrews Bowling Club takes pride in its excellent clubhouse and hosts numerous social events throughout the season. After every friendly or competitive match, members gather at the 22nd end in the clubhouse for a drink and a chat, fostering a sense of camaraderie and community.
If other clubs are interested in setting up friendly matches with St Andrews, they can choose between playing on the outdoor green with up to seven rinks or indoors with three rinks. Interested parties can contact the relevant fixture secretary for further details.

The ladies can indulge in shopping while the men can have a traditional donkey ride on the beach. The club eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome both members and visitors to their facility.
The club also boasts a well-appointed clubhouse lounge and a three rink indoor green. It is worth noting that the club takes pride in the achievements of its members. Most recently, Becky McMillan won the Ladies National Singles Championship in 2023, while Anthony Page emerged as the DBE Indoor Champion of Champions, a result of numerous matches and qualifications.
