StandBy Fitness mission is rooted in a deep desire to empower individuals to a healthier lifestyle. The company believes that one's body and health should be at the top priority of an individual regardless of the busy life we have in this day and age. We offer personal Training all over Sydney.

Standby Fitness is the brainchild of Andrius Ju which consist of several talented Fitness experts who train people in different fitness levels be it indoor or outdoor. Andrius Ju is widely recognised for his expertise in progressive training and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques. With over 11 years in the fitness industry, Ju’s dynamic approach, boundless energy and creativity adds to the effectiveness of the experience his clients enjoy. With a client list as diverse as his training methods, Andrius emphasises HIIT, calisthenic, resistance modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life, from training people from different age groups.

He has worked with a few celebrities as well as fitness models that have won awards in doing so. Many clients have also sought Andrius’ guidance in preparing for competitions and have stayed on to become year-round clients, making him a cornerstone of their fitness regimen.
