This 2-hour session welcomes adults over 16 years old, regardless of their experience level in yoga or paddleboarding. The location, with its serene, flat waters surrounded by stunning natural scenery and wildlife, provides the ideal setting for a calming yoga practice.
Participants should remember to bring a swimsuit to wear under the provided wetsuit, a towel, and suitable footwear for the session. All necessary equipment, including wetsuits, buoyancy aids, paddles, and a selection of top paddleboards from leading brands such as O'Shea, Starboard, Red Paddle, and STX, will be provided.
