Stamford & Oakham TaeKwon Do is a well-established martial arts club located in Stamford, NZ. From ages 6 to 96, the club welcomes individuals of all ages and fitness levels to join and work towards their personal goals. The instructors understand that TaeKwon Do holds no barriers and have special syllabi in place to tailor the training to each student's age and capability.

Training sessions are held regularly at convenient locations in Stamford and Oakham. In Stamford, classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 to 19:30 and are suitable for all grades. The training venue is at Casterton College Rutland in the Main Sports Hall. Oakham classes are held on Saturdays, with a Foundation Class from 10 to 11 and an Advanced Class from 11 to 12.
These classes take place at the Active Rutland Hub Studio, located in Oakham Enterprise Park.
