At The Pole Hub Staines, we offer pole fitness group classes on Monday and Thursday evenings, as well as spinny pole classes. Whether you're a beginner just starting out or an elite poler looking for a new challenge, our classes cater to all levels. Our instructors are incredibly supportive and create a well-structured syllabus to ensure that you are constantly improving and staying engaged.

Located at Matthew Arnold Sports Centre, Kingston Road, Staines TW18 1PF, we provide the convenience of free parking right outside. Our class schedule is designed to fit into your busy life:
- Monday: 6.00pm – Intermediates, 7.00pm – Advanced
- Thursday: 6.00pm – Elite, 7.05pm – Intermediates
- Saturday (Monthly Alternate Dates): 11.00am Flips Class
