The Pole Hub Woking offers a wide range of pole fitness group classes on Monday and Thursday evenings, as well as spinny pole classes. Whether you are a beginner or at an elite level, there's something for everyone at The Pole Hub Woking. Our classes are held at The Pole Hub Staines, which can be found at Matthew Arnold Sports Centre, Kingston Road, Staines TW18 1PF.
On Mondays, we have an intermediate class at 6:00pm, followed by an advanced class at 7:00pm. Meanwhile, on Thursdays, we offer an elite class at 6:00pm and an intermediate class at 7:05pm. For those interested in pushing their limits, we also have a Flips Class held on alternate Saturdays at 11:00am.

You can opt for a 6-week block at just £95, indulge in a 1-2-1 session for £45, or enjoy a 2-2-1 session for £30 per person. We also offer 3-2-1 sessions for £25 each, Taster Classes for £20 each, Flips Classes for £18, Trial Classes for £17, and Drop In Classes for £17. Our instructors, Carina, Daisy, and Helen, are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
