Stagestruck Academy, located in Frinton-on-Sea, is a leading dance school that has been providing high-quality training to young performers since its establishment in 2001. Led by principal Simone Castle, the academy offers a wide range of classes in Ballet, Modern, Tap, Technical Jazz, Street, Commercial, Contemporary, Acro, Musical Theatre, Acting, and Singing.

At Stagestruck Academy, they believe in fostering a friendly and fun environment for students of ages 3 to 21 years. Whether it's a hobby or a potential career choice, the academy offers professional training in all aspects of theatre. With more than 40 classes held every week in their purpose-built studios, equipped with mirrors, sprung flooring, air-conditioning, and surround sound, students receive the best training experience.

The academy provides examination opportunities through the ISTD, LAMDA, and LMA examinations, allowing students to showcase their skills and receive recognition for their hard work. With a 100% pass rate thus far, Stagestruck Academy takes pride in the achievements of their students.

Students at Stagestruck Academy have numerous opportunities to take part in performances locally, overseas, and even in the West End. The academy organises two Musical Theatre shows each year, along with an annual end-of-year performance at The Columbine Theatre in Walton. Additionally, students have the chance to participate in West End shows, local cabarets, showcases, and dance competitions on a regular basis.

Many of the academy's students have gone on to work professionally in the industry, even while training at Stagestruck Academy. They have found success in various fields including modelling, films, advertisements, television, and theatre, and have performed in the West End. Graduates have also pursued careers as dancers, actors, singers, and models in the UK, West End, and overseas.

The teaching faculty at Stagestruck Academy comprises qualified professionals who bring their expertise and industry experience to the students. The academy often invites guest teachers from the West End to conduct workshops and provide valuable insights into working professionally in the performing arts industry.
