Been a part of the Stagecoach team for several years and is passionate about nurturing young talent. As the Early Stages teacher, she creates a fun and inclusive environment where children aged 4-6 can develop their skills in singing, dancing, and drama. Emily believes in the importance of building confidence in young performers and helping them find their voice.

Main Stages – Rachel Thompson Rachel brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Main Stages teacher at Stagecoach Yarm. With a background in musical theatre and a love for teaching, Rachel creates dynamic and engaging classes for children aged 6-18. She believes in fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where students can grow and thrive as performers.

Further Stages – Mark Davies Mark is the advanced musical theatre teacher at Stagecoach Yarm, catering to students aged 15 and above. With his expertise in singing, dancing, and acting, Mark provides in-depth training and masterclasses to help students refine their performance skills. He also offers guidance and support for students wishing to pursue further education or careers in the arts.

Stagecoach Yarm prides itself on offering a wide range of opportunities for students to showcase their talents. From performing with ABBA Mania at the Sunderland Empire Theatre to showcasing their skills at Alton Towers, our students have had incredible experiences. The school also organises regular holiday workshops, providing intensive training and a chance for students to immerse themselves in the performing arts.
