Arena, and more. We believe that participating in these performances provides our students with valuable experience and a chance to showcase their talents on a professional stage.
At Stagecoach Performing Arts Solihull, we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and develop their passion for the performing arts. Since opening our doors in 1997, we have been committed to offering high-quality training in drama, dance, and singing. With experienced and qualified teachers, we strive to create a positive and supportive atmosphere where children can thrive and grow.
We welcome children of all ages and abilities, from beginners to more advanced performers. Our only requirement is that students bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Through our classes, children have the opportunity to develop their confidence, physical awareness, and communication skills while having fun and making new friends.
We offer examinations with prestigious institutions such as Trinity College London, London College of Music, and LAMDA. These examinations provide students with a valuable chance to showcase their skills and receive recognised qualifications in their chosen field. Additionally, we offer specialist workshops, audition techniques, and professional representation for those interested in pursuing careers in film, TV, and theatre.
Our classes are held at Tudor Grange school and run for different durations depending on the age group. For children aged 6–16 years, classes run for 3 hours, while younger students aged 4–6 years have 90-minute classes. We also offer classes for children aged 2–4 years, which run for 45 minutes. Our classes follow the school term schedule, allowing students to continue their performing arts education alongside their regular academic studies.
In addition to our regular classes, we host a range of special events and workshops throughout the year. Our annual Arts Festival, held at the Dovehouse Theatre, showcases the talents of all our main schools in Solihull. We also offer summer workshops, where children can learn a whole show in just five days, and our Main Stage students have the incredible opportunity to perform at Disneyland Paris.
At Stagecoach Performing Arts Solihull, we take pride in our students' achievements. Many of our former students have gone on to achieve great success in TV, film, and professional touring productions such as Les Misrables, Matilda, and Scrooge. We believe that our commitment to providing quality training and our dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment have played a significant role in their accomplishments.
To learn more about our educational framework and the opportunities we offer, visit our website or contact Principal Jennifer Pando. We offer a two-week trial for new students, allowing them to experience our classes before making a commitment. We also offer sibling discounts and accept childcare vouchers for our summer workshop.
