”Online Activities" refers to any Stagecoach Activities delivered online using video conferencing software. 2. Enrolment AND FEES 1. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Applications for enrolment in Stagecoach Activities can be made online or in person by completing a relevant application form. 3. To secure a place, a completed application form and full payment of the fees must be received by Stagecoach.
4. Fees for Stagecoach Activities may vary between different Stagecoach schools. 5. Some Stagecoach schools may offer payment by instalments which will be detailed in the Fee Note.
6. Sibling discounts or discounts for multiple bookings may be offered as detailed in the Fee Note. 7. Fees for Course, Holiday Workshops/Camps, Workshops and any products and/or services offered by Stagecoach must be paid in advance.
8. If a Student's fees are not paid in full by the date required, Stagecoach reserves the right to suspend the Student from attending the Stagecoach Activities until payment is received. 3. ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP LESSONS 1.
If a Student is unable to attend a Course class, Holiday Workshop/Camp or Workshop for any reason, the Parent must inform Stagecoach in advance. 2. Stagecoach may, at its discretion, offer a make-up class if the Term Dates allow. 3.
Make-up classes must be taken within the same Term in which the missed class occurred, subject to availability. 4. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed classes. 4.
CHILD SAFETY 1. Stagecoach takes its safeguarding and child protection responsibilities very seriously. 2. All Principals and teachers at Stagecoach schools are required to undergo child protection training on a regular basis.
3. Parents are required to inform Stagecoach of any medical or behavioural conditions affecting their Child. 4. Stagecoach must be informed of any changes to the Student's medical or behavioural conditions.
5. Stagecoach reserves the right to exclude a Student from Stagecoach Activities if it is believed that the Student's health and safety or the health and safety of others is at risk. 6. Stagecoach will not tolerate bullying or other inappropriate behaviour during Stagecoach Activities.
7. Stagecoach reserves the right to exclude any Student engaging in such behaviour. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.
Stagecoach may communicate important information to Parents by email, phone, text message, or through its website or social media channels. 2. Parents must inform Stagecoach of any changes to their contact details. 3.
Stagecoach may take photographs or videos of Students during Stagecoach Activities for promotional purposes. 4. Parents who do not wish their Child to be photographed or filmed must inform Stagecoach in writing. 5.
Stagecoach is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during Stagecoach Activities. 6. Stagecoach may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of Parents to keep themselves informed of any changes. 7.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Parents and Stagecoach and supersede all previous agreements and understandings.
