Hey sports community,
Lucy O'Hare wanted to drop a note to share some exciting things happening at Stagecoach Performing Arts Dunstable and Luton Central, right here in the UK. For over 27 years, they've been a part of our local scene, offering great training in singing, dancing, and acting. They’re more than just classes – it’s about building confidence, life skills, and sparking imagination.
They’ve got groups for all ages. For the little ones (4–6 years), the Early Stages sessions ease them in gently. Kids and teens from 7–18 years can dive into Main School classes on weekends or evenings. Whether your child is already into drama at school or just starting out, they'll find plenty to help them grow – from diction and concentration to improvisation techniques.
New to drama? No problem! Their classes are great for boosting confidence and learning the ropes of performance. Plus, students get loads of performance experience, teaching them discipline, teamwork, and building lasting friendships along the way.
There's even more to explore with exams to track progress and holiday workshops. They’ve got a fab team, led by Lucy, dedicated to making it all fun and safe for our kids, with everyone having an Enhanced DBS check.
You can stay updated through their social media – the Stagecoach Performing Arts Dunstable Facebook page is a good spot for news and highlights. Lucy's proud of their students' accomplishments, with past stage hits like “Annie,” “Bugsy Malone,” and more. They also offer LAMDA exams, thanks to their talented coach Ellene, helping students get recognised qualifications in verse and prose.
They value professionalism too. The uniform standard means everyone’s ready to have fun while staying safe and focused on learning.
In short, Lucy and her team at Stagecoach Dunstable and Luton Central welcome kids to a place where they can explore performing arts in a supportive and enriching environment. Check them out if your child’s looking to shine on stage!
Cheers!
