

With Stagecoach Aberdeen South for 23 years and is dedicated to providing a fun and inclusive learning environment for students. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) degree and ensures that all the instructors at Stagecoach Aberdeensouth are Enhanced DBS checked, providing a safe and secure space for children to learn and grow.
Stagecoach Aberdeensouth offers weekly dance, singing, and drama classes for children ages 4–6 years and 6–18 years. The Early Stages classes for 4-6 year-olds run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, allowing young children to develop skills in singing, dancing, and drama. The main Stages classes for 6-18 year-olds are split into age-appropriate groups, providing a nurturing environment for everyone, from the shy and apprehensive to those bursting with talent and confidence. Classes are held at Holburn West Church in Aberdeen.
In addition to weekly classes, Stagecoach Aberdeensouth also offers holiday workshops where students can further develop their skills in a concentrated amount of time. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to dive deeper into the performing arts and explore new techniques and styles.
Stagecoach Aberdeensouth believes in the power of the performing arts to build self-confidence, creativity, and communication skills. They aim to instil “creative courage for life” in their students, recognising that the skills learned in the performing arts are not just for the stage but are applicable to all aspects of life.
The performing arts group has had great successes, including their Main School students' performance of “The Wizard of Oz” and the Early Stages classes' performance of “The Lonely Dragon. ” They have also been invited to provide the Choir for the Professional Tour of “Joseph” at His Majestys Theatre, a fantastic experience for their students. Additionally, one of their students, Catherine, won the National Stagecoach Christmas Card Competition, and her design will be sent to Stagecoach Families across Britain and internationally.
