Sensei Paul Smith, a 5th Dan, leads the way in boosting students' confidence, fitness, and self-defence skills. The Junior Dragons Karate programme, for kids, helps them grow stronger and more confident. These sessions run on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 6:15 pm.

Kids 12+ can join classes focusing on discipline and self-confidence, held on the same days from 7:25 pm to 8:30 pm. Adults of any skill level can train on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 7:30 pm, getting fit and joining a close-knit community.

For those aged 50+, there's the Senior Walking Karate Classes, aimed at improving confidence, flexibility, and fitness – held Tuesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
