At Sprouts Growing Bodies & Minds, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to play, learn, and grow. Our facility features an indoor gym/playground, dance studio, music room, and art classes. We offer a range of classes for children ages 0–7 years, including dance, sports, gymnastics, movement & motor skills, and mom & baby classes.

Our mission is to foster creativity, physical activity, and social interaction in young children. We believe that by engaging in a variety of activities, children can develop both their bodies and minds. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to creating a fun and educational atmosphere for all participants.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer birthday parties, holiday events, and special programs throughout the year. We strive to provide a positive and inclusive space for families to come together and connect.

We are conveniently located at 183 Carlaw Ave. in Toronto, Ontario. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, and Sunday 9am-1pm. Please note that holiday hours may vary.
