Sprint Athletics Centre, located in Craigieburn, is an athletics facility that offers a range of athletic activities for children aged 5 to 17 years old. The region holds four region carnivals throughout the year, including the Relay Carnival, the Combined Event Carnival, the Track & Field Carnival, and the Cross Country Carnival. Participation in these carnivals serves as a qualifier for entry into the State competitions, except for the State Combined Event Championships where athletes are allowed to enter without competing in the region event.
