Nicole, the heart and soul behind Spring Studio, wanted to drop a quick note to everyone in our wonderful sports community. Spring Studio is her pride and joy, a small boutique Pilates studio right here in Warkworth, New Zealand 🥝. Nicole's goal? To get everyone moving, connecting mind and body, and having a blast while doing it.

Here's the lowdown from Nicole: She specialises in private reformer and equipment-based Pilates. If you haven't had a go yet, you're in for a treat – it's a brilliant way to lengthen, strengthen, and tone. These private sessions are an awesome addition to your usual mat classes, bringing a whole new level of personalisation to your workout.

For those of you expecting little ones or already navigating the world of nappies and sleepless nights, Nicole has tailored pregnancy Pilates classes. Whether you're in the early stages or already a new mum, these classes provide a safe and supportive space to keep you moving throughout pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Looking to join in? Here are the pricing deets: casual classes are $18 each, or grab a 10-class pass for $145. Private sessions come in at $60, and if you prefer bringing a mate, duo sessions are $80. There are even bigger concession passes if you're keen to get more regular visits in – 5 sessions for $280 or 10 for $560.
