Spring Gymnastics

Welcome to Spring Gymnastics, a community club located in Norwich, dedicated to providing gymnastics classes for children and adults of all ages. At Spring Gymnastics, our primary goal is to ensure that all our members enjoy their time with us and experience the incredible rewards that our sport has to offer in a safe and positive environment. We firmly believe that happiness, coupled with hard work, is the key to success.

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming events, including the 2023 Holiday FUN Sessions and the Valentines Pizza PARTY! Stay tuned for more updates. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented necessary regulations to prioritise the safety of our members. We are continuously monitoring the situation and making adjustments as needed.

We are excited to invite you to our Spring Christmas Party 2021. It will be a fantastic celebration filled with holiday spirit and gymnastics joy. Don't miss out on this memorable event!

Spring Gymnastics offers classes at two convenient locations. In Long Stratton, our classes run on Fridays after school from 4. 30pm to 9pm and Saturdays from 8am to 3. 30pm at Long Stratton Leisure Centre, located in Swan Lane, Long Stratton, NR15 2UY.

View our 2024 term dates here. If you're in Norwich, you can join us at Hewett Academy, situated on Hall Road. Our classes at this location take place from Monday to Friday after school from 4pm to 8. 30pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, and Sundays from 10.
