The Loch Venachar Sailing Club is thrilled to announce the upcoming Spring Series 5 & 6 - Accumulators Series event for local amateur sailors in Callander. On the 26th of May, from 14:00 to 17:00, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in five series events, each consisting of six individual races.
To qualify for this exciting event, sailors must compete in a minimum of 4 races in the same boat. With two races scheduled on each day, starting times are set to ensure a fair and competitive environment for all sailors. Results will be calculated using the Portsmouth Yardstick system, adding an extra layer of challenge to the races.
Not only will participants have the chance to test their sailing abilities, but the series will also serve as qualifying races for various cups and trophies across different categories. It's the perfect opportunity to show off your skills and compete for glory on the water.
