Beginners start with water confidence and basic strokes, progressing to breathing techniques and strength building. Intermediate swimmers work on refining techniques, and advanced classes dive into more complex skills and even diving!

For those who’ve cracked all the basics, advanced lengths sessions focus on boosting strength and stamina. There’s even Rookie Lifeguard classes for those who’ve nabbed the mile distance, Swim Plan 7, and Gold survival awards – perfect for learning life-saving skills.

Every swimmer gets assessed individually, following A.S.A. and S.T.A. criteria. Progress through the levels when you're ready!
