Got little ones? Check out the Tiny Tigers class for ages 4-7, held on Thursdays and Fridays. It's a fun 45-minute session that introduces kids to martial arts in a playful and engaging way.
For those aged 8 and above, including adults, they've got Taekwon-Do classes on Thursdays and Fridays, each lasting an hour. It's a brilliant way to build physical strength and learn self-defence. Or, if Kickboxing is more your style, join their Monday classes for a high-energy, one-hour workout.
