Welcome to Spin North Tracadie, a high-energy spin studio where the beat speaks to your soul. Located in Tracadie-Sheila, our goal is to create an inviting and safe space for everyone, every ride. We believe in showing up as you are, for yourself and no one else.
At Spin North, all levels are welcome. Our classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced spinner. Our teachers will help you set up your bike, so you're comfortable and properly positioned for your ride.
Before you ride, be sure to bring water and a sweat towel. To fully immerse yourself in the experience, we ask that you leave your cellphone in the main area and turn all smartwatches to Do Not Disturb. Each 45-minute ride is dedicated to you and you alone.
Our spinning and Schwinn brand bikes are equipped for both regular indoor sneakers or SPD Shimano 2-screw spin shoes, whichever you prefer. Please note our 6-hour cancelation policy on all classes to ensure the success of each ride. An $8 fee will be charged for late cancelations or no-shows.
If a class is fully booked, be sure to jump on the waitlist. You'll be notified by email if you've been placed in the class. To respect other riders, please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.
Timing is everything at Spin North. Arrive early to set up your bike and be ready to ride. Our studio doors open 15 minutes before and after each class for cleaning and sanitation. Latecomers will not be permitted once class begins.
