We pride ourselves on our roots as an Amateur Boxing Club and have grown over the years without forgetting our core values of hard work and dedication.

At Spartan Fitness, we cater to everyone, from beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts. Our timetable offers a variety of expert-led sessions, including boxing, Thai boxing, and boxing fitness sessions. With our modern gym and personal training options, you can achieve your fitness goals no matter your level of experience.

If you're not ready to commit to a membership, that's totally fine. We offer drop-in sessions for 7. 50 and a day pass for the open gym at 5. There's no pressure or obligation to join, so feel free to try a session and see if it's the right fit for you.

Spartan Amateur Boxing Club is another branch of our fitness centre that has been established for 8 years. Our dedicated coaches have nurtured talent and transformed individuals into skilled boxers. We cater to individuals aged 7 and above, offering the latest equipment and an England Boxing affiliation. Join us to share your passion for boxing, unlock your potential, and reach new heights in this exhilarating sport.

For kids aged 7 to 11, we have a Kids Boxing programme. This programme goes beyond punches and jabs, focusing on building strength, discipline, and self-esteem. With expert coaching and an emphasis on fitness, teamwork, and respect, we shape not only boxers but also futures. Kids can attend sessions for just 5 pay-as-you-go on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 pm.

Our Teen Boxing sessions are tailored for ages 12 to 17. Here, aspiring champs forge strength, discipline, and skills while having fun. Join us for monthly sessions at 35 or pay-as-you-go for 5 on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm.
