We offer one on one Personal Training, outdoor group Boxing classes, and a guaranteed fun environment which values friendship, relationship, and community.
Sparrow Fitness is based at Plus Fitness in Manly, and also outdoors on the beautiful Manly beach itself.
If you're not Lucky enough to live in proximity to this beautiful place, we also offer online training which includes exercise programmes, food plans, and regular contact and support.
